Tony V. arrived right on time and was very professional while replacing our water heater. He showed us how to turn everything on and also reviewed the process of draining it which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely be calling Fuse again in the future when the need arises.
Once my refrigerator Samsung stopped working. I tried to find on Yelp company who works with them.
It was hard to find repairmen that can service Samsung refrigerator apparently. I called up at least 7-8 places who couldn't do Samsung and eventually found Fuse. Fortunately company works late and technician was able to come the same day. Adam did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator which was not cooling. I liked the quick response, efficiency, customer service, price and application of their visit/diagnostic fee to the repair. Great service. Thank you, Fuse! Thank you Adam!
Fuse HVAC installed a four-zone Mitsubishi ductless mini-split heat pump system in my house on September 2020. The job took three days in sweltering heat! Boy was I happy to use the system for cooling when they finished! Now that it is 'winter' here in California, I'm using the system for heating and I really enjoy the zone control, energy efficiency, and quietness. No more dirty ducts and loud gas furnaces!
Throughout the install, they were very professional and tidy with their work. They were also very strict with mask usage when working indoors. I'd highly recommend Fuse HVAC for your future HVAC needs.

The have a very good team, I got my new furnace and water heater installed and maintained by Fuse. Aaron and Rich were exceptional. In addition to regular servicing, they also educated us on how to change filters, frequency and importance of cleaning air ducts.
Called to have my washing machine fixed. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. I was given a 3 hour window for same day service. I was given the technicians name and was told he’d text me upon arrival. Daniel showed up within the 3 hour window, called when he arrived, diagnosed the problem and successfully repaired the machine. He showed me the broken part and explained why it no longer worked. Super nice guy. Friendly, yet professional. Cleaned everything up and put everything back. Great service and great value. Could not have asked for a better experience
Excellent service. Igor showed up on time with shoes cover and mask. The whole process was about 30 minutes. We were thinking about getting a new dryer since we have it for 12 years; Igor repaired it efficiently and saved us a lot of money!!!
